Once that happens, I can go in and look at your old profile and gift things to the new one. Just like if you played the game for the first time. You need to delete all your data, including the cloud save (which is in the instructions I've already provided) and then the game will create a new saved profile with nothing in it. Those are called Saved Profiles on our back end. Its not talking about your XBOX Profile, but the game save itself. The retail version will not let you use your save from a Dev/Cracked version and rendering your profile invalid. The majority of the time, you will see this error if you've played the Dev Version of the game. When you have an invalid profile, it means that your save is corrupted.
